Raz Halili, a second-generation oysterman with Balkan heritage, has successfully expanded his family's business, Prestige Oysters, while prioritizing sustainable practices and honoring his parents' legacy of hard work. Through initiatives like achieving MSC certification and opening Pier 6 Seafood & Oyster House, Halili champions environmental responsibility and provides customers with a unique tide-to-table experience. Choosing between the Pier 6 Burger and the Southern Fried Catfish is difficult! We recommend ordering both.

Our favorite menu item is the Wild Game Burger Sliders, a blend of bison, elk, and beef ribeye with pimento cheese and smoked creole mustard.
Dedicated to sourcing the highest-quality seasonal ingredients, Riel is about highlighting local flavors. The menu's inspiration is pulled from the culinary landscape of Texas’ Gulf Coast, Lachaine's Ukrainian heritage, and French-Canadian fare. Their famous "Butter Burger," is made with a fair amount of, you guessed it, butter.
Rodeo Goat
Rodeo Goat is a DFW gem, but the owner, Bowie (Flapjack) LaDueI, used to attend the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo back in the mid-'60s and it was his adventures here that inspired Rodeo Goat. If you go, make sure to read his full story on their menu. Rodeo Goat offers a plethora of burgers with unique toppings that just make sense.

Woman-owned Star Sailor in the Heights is serving up one of the best smash burgers in the city. It's always made to order with crispy edges, melted cheese, its secret Stellar sauce, chopped onions, and pickles. We recommend the double.

Sometimes you just need a burger for brunch. You must try their Pretzel Breakfast Burger. 1/2 pound beef patty, bacon, pepper jack cheese, avocado, fried egg, chipotle mayo, on a toasty pretzel bun.
